These terms apply to all bookings with The Joymakers Collective. Payment of your booking deposit confirms your acceptance of these terms.
All rates cover a 24-hour rental. No refunds or discounts for early returns.
Equipment must be returned by the agreed end time. Late returns are charged at $40 per hour or part thereof. Returns delayed more than 4 hours will be charged a full additional rental day at the package's standard day rate.
Clients are responsible for equipment from collection to return. Reasonable wear and tear is accepted; damage (including water, theft, or misuse) will be deducted from the security deposit. If repair or replacement costs exceed the deposit, the Client must cover the difference.
All add-ons (including instruction posters, prompt cards, display stands, cocktail tables, and upgrades) are provided for use during a single event or rental day only, unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Use beyond the agreed event date, duration, or venue, including multi-day use, additional venues, or reuse for a separate event, will incur additional charges at the applicable daily or per-event rate.
Prompt cards and similar small add-on items are counted before and after each event. Any missing or damaged cards will be assessed within 24 hours of collection, and replacement costs will be deducted from the security deposit or invoiced separately if the deposit has already been refunded.
